Akaa Waterfalls is referred to as nature’s undiscovered beauty in Ghana. Akaa Falls is a fantastic natural waterfall located near the Akyeremateng village in the Akuapem North District in the Eastern Region, 7 km from Boti Falls and also seasonal in nature. Akaa falls take sources from the Boti river, the very river from which the Boti Falls takes its source. Akaa falls is accessed via a scenic 250 concrete steps to the bottom, where a canyon of water can fall around you from 3 sides if the flow is good. Rocks are nearby attraction that you may visit when at the falls. After climbing a somewhat frightening bamboo ladder, you arrive on top of a large flat rock that looks out over an amazing forest vista. Akaa falls is also home to rich vegetation and an amazing waterbody on a cliff.

The Akaa Falls is located near the Akyeremanteng village in the Akuapem North District, is about 21 kilometres northeast of Koforidua in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
