• Participants must inform Ancestral Tours of any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. It is the participant’s responsibility to adhere to safety guidelines during the tour.

4. Tour Modifications:

• Ancestral Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors.

5. Liability and Indemnification:

• Ancestral Tours is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, or civil unrest.
